- Please help our staff by arriving 15 minutes prior to your appointment.
- When booking an appointment for any spa service, please inform our receptionist about any health problems or if you are pregnant.
- We urge you to eave all valuables at home as we are not responsible for lost items.
- Robes, slippers and lockers are provided for your convenience.
- All salon and spa services include refreshments.
- Cellular phones and beepers are permitted in the reception area.
- For your convenience, we recommend guests schedule their next appointment prior to leaving the salon.
- Gift certificates are non-refundable.
- We accept MasterCard, Visa and American Express.
- Personal checks are welcome with a major credit card.
- All spa packages require a reservation made with a credit card.
- Gift certificates are Valid for One Year from date of issue.
- there is a $25.00 service charge on all returned checks.
- Cancellation and no-shows affect us significantly. For this reason Muller's upholds a strict cancellation policy. Cancellations must be made 24 Hours prior to service time. Failure to do so will result in a 30% charge to your credit card. For gift certificates, the cancellation charge will be deducted from the value of the certificate.
- Muller's encourages honesty and courtesy, so if at any time you wish to change hair stylists, we'll support your decision.
